Sizing's will be listed on products, we suggest measurements are taken for any of our in house printed products as once a custom product has been printed, we will not be able to offer a refund.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments through PayPal, a service accepting all major card types and which you do not need to sign up for to use! We also accept card payments. We do not accept cash or cheque.
Do you ship worldwide?
Please contact us if you would like to order from outside of the UK.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
We aim to have your parcel dispatched within 5 working days, however, we do ask you allow the full 10 working days if your order includes custom prints. This does not include postage time. We dispatch using tracked 24, usually delivered within 24 hours - Monday - Friday.
Please note, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
Do you restock sold out items?
If an item is out of stock we endeavour to restock within a month.
Can I return an item?
Returns are valid 14 days from delivery and will be fulfilled where possible. Please check our terms and conditions on refunds on the terms and conditions page. Custom orders cannot be refunded. Please do check your order details thoroughly before making final payment.
Where is my order?
If your items are lost or delayed, please email us at: [email protected] quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate this for you.
Postage Claims
If your parcel doesn't turn up when you expect it, please contact us as soon as possible. You must contact us a maximum of 10 days after your expected delivery date in order for us to progress a claim with Royal Mail.
Signed For delivery is classed as delayed if a delivery attempt hasn't been made within 5 working days of its expected delivery date.
